Madrid Gathering Promotes Dialogue and Diversity

A recent gathering in Madrid welcomed religious representatives, cultural figures and civic voices to mark the World Day for Cultural Diversity. The event, organised by Fundación Mejora at the national headquarters of Scientology in Madrid, placed emphasis on dialogue, tolerance and mutual understanding. The round table included Clarisa Nieva of the Bahá’í Community of Spain, Fernando Hernández of the Madrid Municipal Police Diversity Management Unit, flamenco artist Tito Losada, a Roma guitarist and composer, and human rights educator Denise González. Speakers shared personal, cultural and institutional perspectives on how open dialogue can help build more inclusive communities.

During the event, participants addressed themes such as tolerance, social cohesion and the prevention of discrimination. Fundación Mejora connected the initiative with Scientology’s emphasis on ethical values and community improvement.
